Kimberly Gilmore

Kimberly is currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She is passionate about and has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She specializes in treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and self-esteem issues. Kimberly approaches therapy from a client-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused perspective. She seeks to facilitate and empower individuals through self-advocacy and assist overcoming personal confines in an effort to improve relationships and obtain meaningful change.
