The Center Professional Counseling is founded with a mission to provide accessible, affordable counseling services for the local community
1990s
Development of clinical training programs for LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW interns, establishing The Center Professional Counseling as a hub for professional education.
1980s
Expansion of services to include specialized counseling for children, teens, and families.
2000s
Introduction of sliding-scale counseling, ensuring affordable access to therapy for individuals and families throughout California.
2010s
Growth of telehealth counseling options, making therapy more accessible for clients across the state

The Center Professional Counseling is awarded the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) Agency of the Year for excellence in counseling and professional training.
